Stage Door Workshop Facilitator
We’re seeking two Workshop Facilitators based in London for the pilot of our new Hope Shows. This role is part of Good Chance’s Stage Door Programme, a professional development opportunity open specifically to people from a refugee or asylum seeking background with lived experience of displacement.
We are looking for individuals with energy and enthusiasm, who are great with people, eager to share their skills and knowledge, and who are open to developing within the role. Creativity and kindness is at the heart of this project, so we’re seeking facilitators who can inspire participants and support them in shaping and sharing their stories through a collaborative artistic process.

Central to Good Chance’s mission is our Artist Development programme, where we create opportunities for displaced artists to become an integral part of the UK theatre ecosystem. Stage Door
The Stage Door Programme is an opportunity for young people from refugee backgrounds to gain paid, part-time, flexible work experience in an arts organisation, from arts administration, producing and marketing to events and backstage. Applications open yearly and we’d love to hear from you.
