DO A FUNDRAISER FOR US

Lots of people come to us with their incredible fundraising ideas. We’ve put a few up here to encourage your own!

If you need any help with setting up your fundraising event, please contact our Development Manager, Philip Cowell, on philip@goodchance.org.uk

Do a sponsored walk/run

On your marks, get set, go! Pick your event and sign up to walk or run for Good Chance. We’ll get our supporters involved and if we can make it we’ll even come and cheer you on from the sidelines.

Host a Good Chance Dinner

Invite your friends round, make something incredibly delicious, charge a donation fee (for example, £25), read some Good Chance poems from our Change The Word anthology and even encourage someone present to pledge to host the next one. Tell us and we’ll see if we can add anything extra special to the mix.

Set up a school fete

What’s not to love? Cupcake sales, tombolas, Guess The Weight games, arts and crafts, face painting - the lot! Host your school fete or event and get in touch if we can help promote it and be involved in any way possible.

Get married!

Firstly, congratulations. Marriage is a beautiful thing. Secondly, when you tie the knot, why not invite guests to donate to Good Chance? We can create a special web page for you and everything.

"I have not smiled, I have not laughed for eight years. Now I have come to Good Chance I can laugh. I can be happy." Good Chance Participant, Calais

“Charities such as this are so necessary - giving refugees a space… to express themselves and be proud of what they create, seems just as important as food and a bed.” Good Chance Workshop Leader, Paris
